Questions about bringing a companion to the lounge
What does it mean to bring a companion into the lounge? Does the accompanying person have the same conditions as a Messe Frankfurt Business Club member?
As a Messe Frankfurt Business Club member, you can bring any event visitor as a companion into the lounge. The companion needs a valid event ticket for access and can only stay in the lounge with a member. A valid trade fair ticket must be presented for entry. The companion gets free access to the Messe Frankfurt Business Club Lounge, including free use of catering. Other Messe Frankfurt Business Club benefits are reserved exclusively for club members.
How many companions am I allowed to bring into the lounge?
You are allowed to bring one person as a guest into the lounge. The requirement is that the person has their own admission ticket for the fair, which must be shown upon entry.
Can I bring my spouse into the lounge?
Membership in the Messe Frankfurt Business Club is exclusively reserved for trade visitors. You can bring your spouse/child as a guest to the Messe Frankfurt Business Club, they need an admission ticket to the fair.

When will I receive my ticket?
After registration, your application will be reviewed according to the membership criteria. Upon meeting the criteria, you will receive your ticket a few days after registration.
Questions about parking
Do I need a parking pass? If so, where and how can I obtain one?
Your Messe Frankfurt Business Club admission ticket entitles you to free parking in the Rebstock parking garage during the respective event. Please present your Messe Frankfurt Business Club admission ticket at the parking garage to receive a free exit ticket.
Can I leave my car overnight in the parking garage during the event?
Yes, that is possible.

Why am I not admitted, even though I am a visitor this year but was an exhibitor in the past?
The Messe Frankfurt Business Club is a visitor's club. Companies that exhibited at the last three events are excluded from membership.
My colleague is attending the fair with me but is not invited to the Messe Frankfurt Business Club. How can he/she be admitted to the club?
Your colleague can register on the Messe Frankfurt Business Club website for the respective fair until the last day of the event. Please observe the membership criteria.
After the event, your colleague can register as an interested party on the Messe Frankfurt Business Club website and will receive an invitation in time for the next event to legitimize membership in the Messe Frankfurt Business Club.
