The member services
Trade show days are lively and require preparation and concentration. In the lounges you can prepare for appointments in a pleasant atmosphere, hold discussions with business partners or linger to recharge your batteries. Ticket Services
Just one ticket gives you access to the exclusive Messe Frankfurt Business Club services:
- Free admission to the trade fair on all trade fair days
- Exclusive access to the Messe Frankfurt Business Club Lounges incl. all-day catering, cloakroom and concierge services
- Free official trade fair catalogue, available in the lounges
- Free parking in the Rebstock multi-storey parking lot near the trade fair center, including bus shuttle to the exhibition grounds
- Free use of local public transport during the trade fair days for the route to and from the event. The ticket is valid in the entire RMV network area printed ticket is required for use in this case!
- Accompanying person may be admitted to the Messe Frankfurt Business Club Lounges. The accompanying person requires a valid ticket for the event for access.
Lounge / Consierge Services
The Messe Frankfurt Business Club Lounges are open for you from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (until 5:00 p.m. on the last day of the trade fair) during the trade fair days and offer the following services:
- All-day catering
- Checkroom and suitcase service
- High-speed Wi-Fi as well as charging facilities for mobile devices
- Concierge Services: Arranging translation services, dry cleaning, taxi, restaurant reservations.
- Free admission of an accompanying person to the lounges. The accompanying person needs a valid ticket of the event for access and can only be in the lounge with a club member.
Hotel services
As a member of the Messe Frankfurt Business Club, you have access to an exclusive offer package from our partner, Hilton Hotels Germany.
At the Hilton Frankfurt City Centre you will receive a 15% discount on the daily rate during the trade fair period as well as a special upgrade, which includes the following services:
- Use of the Executive Lounge on the 11th floor (breakfast and happy hour included)
- A welcome fruit basket in your room
- Premium Wi-Fi access
- Reduced cancellation deadline of 5 days
